Where to Buy

Felix Editions publishes newly engraved practical editions of neglected and underrepresented nineteenth-century piano music: carefully prepared for reading, study, teaching and performance.

Where to Buy

Felix Editions publications are available as digital editions and, where offered, as printed editions. All products can now be ordered directly from Felix Editions again. Payments are handled securely through Payhip.

Digital editions

Digital editions are available from the Felix Editions online store.

All current Felix Editions publications are offered as downloadable PDF editions. After purchase, the file can be downloaded and used for study, practice, teaching or private reference.

Links to the relevant digital edition are provided from the catalogue and individual product pages.

Printed editions

Printed editions can also be ordered directly from Felix Editions. Payment is made through Payhip, after which the order is printed and shipped to the customer.

Printed copies are produced on demand. This means that each copy is printed after it has been ordered, rather than taken from pre-existing stock. It allows Felix Editions to offer printed editions internationally without maintaining large quantities of inventory.

The expected delivery time for printed editions is approximately 14 days.

This new ordering route has also made it possible to reduce shipping costs substantially. In some cases, shipping that previously cost around €30 can now be offered for €5 or €10, depending on the destination.

Finding the right edition

The easiest way to find the right version is to start with the Catalogue.

Each product page indicates which formats are currently available. In most cases, you will find options for both the digital PDF edition and the printed edition.

In practical terms:

Digital editions are downloaded after purchase.

Printed editions are ordered through Felix Editions, paid for via Payhip, printed after ordering and then shipped to the customer.

The musical and editorial content belongs to the same Felix Editions publication. What differs is the format and the delivery method.

About Felix Editions

I am an editor based in Amsterdam. I founded Felix Editions because much of the Romantic piano repertoire I wanted to study survived only in dense, error-filled nineteenth-century prints or modern editions that feel mechanically set. Each volume is prepared from primary sources, with a critical commentary documenting the editorial decisions.
