Felix Editions is making printed publications available again. The new ordering system is currently being implemented, and worldwide shipping for physical editions is expected to become available by the end of this week, on 12 June 2026.
We have begun making Felix Editions publications available again as physical, printed editions.
Until recently, most of our attention has been on digital editions: carefully prepared PDF publications that can be downloaded immediately after purchase. That format remains central to Felix Editions. It is practical, direct, and works well for study, teaching, and private use.
At the same time, many pianists still prefer to work from a printed score. For larger works, technically demanding repertoire, and music intended for regular practice, a physical copy can make a real difference. Page turns, annotation, desk use, and long-term study all benefit from a properly printed edition.
We are therefore reintroducing printed Felix Editions publications.
The print ordering system is currently being implemented. This means that printed editions are being added to the catalogue step by step, with ordering links, product data, pricing, and shipping settings being connected and checked.
Printed copies will be produced after ordering and then shipped to the customer. This allows us to offer physical editions without maintaining stock, while keeping the catalogue available internationally.
The new setup also makes it possible to reduce shipping costs considerably compared with earlier arrangements. In several cases, shipping that previously cost around €30 can now be offered at much lower rates.
We expect worldwide shipping for printed editions to be available by the end of this week: Friday 12 June 2026.
From that point, customers will be able to order printed Felix Editions publications directly through the relevant product pages. Digital downloads will remain available as before.
The catalogue will continue to be updated as printed options are added. If a work is not yet shown with a print option, it may still be added during the implementation period.
Felix Editions will now offer two complementary formats:
Both formats are based on the same editorial work: clear engraving, practical layout, and careful preparation of nineteenth-century piano repertoire for serious use.
More printed editions will appear in the catalogue over the coming days.
