Orders and payment

The editions and formats currently available are shown on the Felix Editions website and in the Felix Editions Store.

Before paying, you can review the selected edition, format, price, applicable taxes and shipping costs. Please also check your email and, for printed orders, your delivery address carefully.

Your purchase is complete when payment has been accepted and an order confirmation has been sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Payments are handled securely by the payment providers offered through the Felix Editions Store. Felix Editions does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Editions and formats

PDF editions are supplied as digital downloads. Printed editions are produced on demand and shipped by our print and fulfilment partner.

Unless an edition page says otherwise, the PDF and printed versions contain the same musical and editorial content.

The formats are sold separately. Purchasing a printed edition does not automatically include a PDF download.

Using a PDF edition

When you purchase a PDF edition, you may:

• store it on your own devices;
• keep a private backup copy; and
• print a personal working copy.

Please do not share, upload, resell or publicly distribute the PDF or copies printed from it. A PDF may not be copied for classroom, institutional, ensemble or commercial use without permission from Felix Editions.

If you need multiple copies or permission for teaching, institutional or other use, email us. We will be happy to discuss an appropriate arrangement.

Purchasing an edition does not transfer its copyright or publication rights.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy also apply to your purchase.

To cancel a printed order within the 14-day cancellation period, use the Cancel your order page linked in the footer of our website.

We normally reply within one to two working days, although replies may take a little longer during holiday periods.

Privacy

Information about how we use personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Dutch law.

If you live in another country, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provided by the law that applies to you. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts those rights.

The version of these terms that applies to your purchase is the version available when you place the order.
